Purpose of Services
FLC provides high-level executive coaching, consulting, speaking, and advisory services. These services are designed to challenge, support, and accelerate leaders. They are not therapy, medical care, or financial/legal advice. All services are subject to availability and are designed to enhance leadership effectiveness, team performance, and organizational growth.
Application & Selection
Not every applicant is accepted. FLC reserves the right to select clients based on fit, readiness, and alignment. Application does not guarantee engagement.
Confidentiality
All coaching conversations and application information are confidential. FLC may share anonymized insights for training or thought leadership, but never identifying details without your permission.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, programs, designs, methodologies, and intellectual property provided by FLC are owned exclusively by FLC. This includes written materials, digital resources, videos, trademarks, and logos. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any FLC content without prior written permission.
Payment Terms
All fees for our services are outlined in your agreement with FLC and are due as specified. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in a service agreement. FLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
Client Responsibilities
To benefit fully from our services, you agree to:
- Actively participate in the coaching or training programs.
- Complete assigned tasks or exercises to the best of your ability.
- Maintain open communication and provide honest feedback.
Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may impact the effectiveness of our services.
